Ryan Auerbach ‘29, Reporter
Ryan Auerbach ‘29 is a 9th grader at Harvard Westlake who is eager to pursue his journey in Introduction to HW media class. He loves baseball, trading sports cards, and spending quality time with his family. Ryan has been playing baseball for 13 years of his life and doesn’t know how his life would be without it. He currently plays on the JV boys baseball team.
When I asked him how baseball has shaped his life, Ryan said,
“Without baseball, my life would be completely different. Baseball has made me more confident and encourages me to step out of my comfort zone and take risks.”
When Ryan was asked why he took HW Media, he said,“I’m excited to continue HW Media and in the future I hope to get into sports journalism.” Ryan enjoys trading sports cards and watching baseball games in his free time. Collecting sports cards connects him with his family, who share the same passion. He is very excited to continue his journey at HW Media and see where it takes him in the future.
