Player Spotlight: Sophia Cotter

Sophia Cotter ’27 is a on the middle school girls volleyball 8A team and the Sunshine 15 Westside Team. A passionate player, Cotter has been playing since she was in 4th grade. She started on her school team at Village School.

In season, she practices four times a week with her team and aims to practice everyday on her own. In the future, she hopes to continue playing volleyball and excel to eventually reach the varsity level.

“You really have to work together, communicate,” Cotter said. “There’s always just so many things that you can learn and improve.”
