Asmani Singh ’29, Reporter
Asmani Singh ’29 is a talented musician who plays French horn in the Middle School Symphony Orchestra and has played piano since the age of four. At school, Singh serves as the co-leader of the Japanese Language Culture Club (JLCC) and Pottery for a Purpose. Her favorite subject is Honors Geometry, where she actively proves theorems and tackles challenging problems.
Outside of school, Singh is an equestrian rider who participates year-round in a variety of Interscholastic Equestrian League competitions with her horse, Barbie. Her personal interests include baking/cooking, working out, and traveling. As an avid traveler, she enjoys traveling to the Caribbean, Africa, Paris, and more.
When asked about where her passion for journalism stems from, Singh said: “I want to inform the community about events that are happening that they may not otherwise know about.” She hopes to continue her journalism career at the Upper School by writing for the Chronicle.
