Trevor Kim ‘29 is a ninth grader reporter for The Spectrum. He is currently on the HW debate team and also enjoys doing debate outside school. His love for debate stems from a desire to learn and understand opposing view points and how to argue for them. He aspires to inform the community about accurate and unbiased facts on current events. 

“I understand information is key in this new generation and I would like to aid in helping fellow students get accurate information,” Trevor said. 

In his free time, Trevor enjoys film-making, occasionally creating and editing short films. A fun fact about him is that he was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to the US when he was three. This experience helped him understand the importance of communication. He hopes to continue his involvement in HW media in the upper school by writing for The Chronicle.
