Alice Lee '27 is in her second year of HW Media journalism.
“What inspired me to do journalism is reading a lot of the news articles that my dad used to read,” Lee said.
Lee said her dad’s love of news drew her to current events and an interest in writing about them. She also talked about the importance of journalism and how it helps us gain perspective of the world around us. She said that journalism is a form of communication that helps us gain empathy for others around the world. Lee is excited to start a new year at HW Media.
