Ayla Rahmani ’29 is a reporter and writer who aims to explore the concept of media as a journalist by writing and capturing pictures, all while putting together valuable articles and interviews.

She says, “I’m excited to learn more about journalism…[And in the future] work with journalism at the upper school, possibly for the Chronicle.” 

Rahmani is an avid photographer, taking multiple advanced classes on the art of taking photos; she especially enjoys taking cinematic shots within nature. Outside of writing, Rahmani enjoys basketball, softball, and volleyball, contributing to her teams and cheering her friends on. She aspires to be a lawyer one day. In addition to school and sports, she cares for a 22-year-old Chihuahua named Ricky, who is the light of her life.
