Oona Sawyer
Oona Sawyer ’27 is a first-year reporter of the HW Spectrum. Sawyer is dedicated and passionate about journalism.
“I wanted to join something where I can get involved in being able to go around school, take photos and talk to everyone to report on various activities,” Sawyer said.
Before enrolling at Harvard-Westlake, Sawyer had plenty of media, journalism and yearbook experience. As the yearbook editor in the seventh and eighth grades at her previous school, she has already begun her career in media.
With this interest sparked in Sawyer, she plans on taking her enthusiasm for media to the upper school.
