Justin Kirchner ’27 is a new reporter at HW. He is most excited to report on sports. He plays baseball and basketball. He plays basketball for fun, however, he focuses much of his time on playing baseball competitively. He looks forward to reporting and broadcasting both. He feels that sports at HW do not get attention.

“A lot of high school athletics…the student body does not know about them,” Kirchner said.

Kirchner is not familiar with reporting. He took Media for the Modern Age last year. The class provided background for Intro to HW Media. Creating content on what he loves, starting and learning to create content, and collaborating with all the people who work for and with the program contribute to Justin’s interest in reporting.
