Eric Kim ’28
Eric Kim ’28 is a first-year reporter for The Spectrum. His interest in media at Harvard-Westlake began with his participation in the Media for the Modern Age class in eighth grade.
“I want to discover a true passion that I deeply cherish by interviewing and writing about topics that interest me,” Kim said.
Kim’s aspiration to pursue a career in sports medicine has contributed to his interest in journalism, as he enjoys analyzing athletic performance, covering sports-related health topics, and communicating scientific insights to a broader audience. By using journalism, he would be able to interview athletes to broaden his knowledge on a subject. He also hopes to write for The Chronicle at the upper school.
