Diya Desai ’28 is a freshman and first-year reporter for The Spectrum. She loves playing soccer for Harvard-Westlake Middle School and serves on the student council as well. Desai is also a leader for her club, South Asian Student Alliance, or SASA. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Teddy. She is passionate about media and writing, aiming to inform people while combating misinformation and sharing multiple perspectives within The Spectrum community.
