Alexander Ahn ’28 is a ninth-grade journalist for HW Media. He chose to join the course because of his passion for writing and reporting on a variety of topics that capture his interest.

Alex hopes to provide crucial information, and aims to make a positive impact through his work. He describes himself as hardworking and persistent, determined to accomplish any goal he sets his mind to.

In addition to journalism, Alex has a wide range of interests. He is a longtime golfer and a dedicated oboe and piano player. He also enjoys studying biology, which he discovered was his favorite subject upon entering ninth grade. Alex would like to write for the Chronicle in the future at the Upper School to continue his career as a journalist.
