The SPECTRUM

A trip to the north pole-online

Christmas isn’t over yet, and it is still time for another annual holiday pop up museum. Fa La Land opened on Nov. 18th and is filled with seven different rooms showing appreciation towards Christmas. Families would likely adore going to a special museum like Fa La Land to celebrate the holidays; within each room, one is encouraged to take as many photos and do all the activities each room offers. Whether writing one’s wishlist to Santa or taking a dip in the ball pit pool, one never becomes bored while walking through this amazing experience.

Not only is the quality of the rooms beyond belief but the staff at Fa La Land are also extraordinary, helpful and informative while you begin the activities in each new room and make your way to the next. Each staff member is dressed in elf accessories, and there are also appearances from Santa Claus and Ms. Claus in 2 of the rooms.

The first room one enters the city of North Pole, where one receives a golden ticket to get a special holiday surprise. Then, as one makes their way through the naughty or nice doors to the next room, take an elf selfie in the “Jingle Bell Toy Factory”. As one continues to move through, one finds themselves surrounded by fluorescent lights and huge Christmas trees of “Fa La Forest.” In the next room, swing oneself into the sweetness of the holidays at “Candyfornia”, the next room is a dance party with one’s favorite holiday songs in “Fa La Fest.” Time to get the Christmas list ready for their private audience with none other Santa Claus in “Fa La Floral Land”.

Looking for a special family treat, visit Fa La Land to start the holiday festivities! Located in downtown LA, its open from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on the weekend and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the weekdays. It’s something you don’t wanna to miss!
