Palisades Village is the new heart of Pacific Palisades

The Pacific Palisades welcomed the arrival of Palisades Village, a new shopping center, on Sept. 22, making it the new heart of the small community. Palisades Village is a wonderful food, shopping and entertainment experience. Created by Rick Caruso, the master-mind behind The Grove and The Americana at Brand, the Palisades Village is a better and newer experience.

Unfortunately, parking is a hassle and minimally available, but all of the positives of Palisades Village overpower this one negative.

Over 40 distinctive shops, boutiques, restaurants and more are located in a streetstyle layout. Shoppers can roam around the beautiful area and visit different shops and restaurants. Palisades Village is set up as a neighborhood, and each business acts as a homes in a village.

The Village is the new heart of the Pacific Palisades because it allows locals and individuals from out of the area to shop, eat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

One of the most awesome and useful stores at The Village is Vintage Grocers. This delicious grocery store has a juice bar, poké bar and pizza oven. Vintage Grocers is unlike most grocery stores because it’s concise and all of the aisles are in an order that makes sense.

Another fun store is The Little Market. This lifestyle boutique is founded by all two women: Lauren Conrad and Hannah Skvarla. The store is also a non-profit organization supporting female artisans around the world. Every time you shop there, you can help make a difference in the lives of individuals across the world.

Now, the most important part of Palisades Village is the food. For lunch, The Draycott is a delicious restaurant. I recommend ordering The Draycott Chop. The greens and vegetables taste super fresh and the dressing is great.

For dessert, I assure you that Sweet Laurel is the best dessert in all of Palisades Village. Their cakes are impeccable and gluten-free. The cakes come in a variety of flavors and taste light and airy, yet dense. Just thinking about their cakes makes my mouth water.

The Palisades Village is a beautiful outdoor shopping and eating experience, making it the new heart of the Palisades Village.
